A journalist turned UX Designer listening to, observing and addressing user challenges in a digital ecosystem.
I started as a Journalist at 20, too young to understand the nuances of the field but passionate enough to persevere therein. The very first time I got to explore the field of User Experience Design was when I was researching and interviewing for an article titled: You sUX: why building the perfect video player is so hard.
You know how you feel when you discover something new and it arouses your child-like curiosity. I felt quite the same. I knew this was the path I wanted to explore. So I packed my bags and moved across continents to pursue an education in Canada. No, it was not this dramatic, I reasonably planned my courses and the transition to a career in Design.
